Capucine Chiaudani · Practice Room introduction
Perhaps this sounds familiar
You repeat the same passage. You wonder if the problem is breath, support, language, style — or simply that nobody has helped you connect the pieces. A recording tells you that something is wrong. It rarely tells you why.

You have collected exercises and advice, but no clear path for applying them to your own repertoire.
You want feedback, yet the idea of singing before others can make experimentation feel unsafe.
Without an experienced ear, it is difficult to recognise what is changing and what needs attention next.

Why Belcanto4Her Practice Room?
Belcanto4Her is where knowledge becomes sound. Twice a month, Capucine works with members on the music already sitting on their stands.
You can sing, ask questions or listen closely. Every correction becomes a practical lesson: what changed, why it changed and how to recreate it.

Is this a Practice Room for me?
Whether you are beginning, returning after a vocal crisis or already working professionally, the room meets you where your voice is today.
Definitely, yes.
You love Classical Singing, Opera or Italian Belcanto and need clear guidance rather than another collection of disconnected tips.
You want to refresh your technique, review repertoire and reconnect musical choices with a reliable vocal process.
You are recovering from a vocal crisis or a difficult period and want a safe, conscious way back to the joy of singing.
You are not ready to sing in front of others yet, but you want to learn through attentive listening and shared experience.
What benefits does it give me?
You do not need more disconnected information. You need a place to test it, hear it and make it yours.
Bring the repertoire you are actually working on and receive clear musical, technical, linguistic and interpretive guidance.
Your progress does not stop when another singer begins. Observe the work, recognise patterns and apply each insight to your own voice.
Experiment inside a protected women-only room where the goal is growth, not comparison or performance perfection.
How it works
Enter the private women-only space and get the dates and access details for upcoming Practice Rooms.
Come with an aria, a passage, a question or simply an attentive ear. Active singing is welcome, never forced.
Explore the technical, musical, interpretive and linguistic layers of the piece — one connected process.
Return to the lesson in your own practice time and learn from the growing archive of previous rooms.
Structure

Capucine also reserves time for additional content designed to help you grow as a singer and performer.
Inside the Practice Room
The Practice Room is built on shared courage, not competition. One singer asks a question, another recognises herself in it, and every step forward becomes knowledge the whole room can use.
Here, women help one another keep moving — through uncertainty, discovery and the moments when a new possibility finally opens.

Technique, repertoire and confidence grow faster when you do not have to solve every challenge alone.

Your progress never takes anything away from another singer. Every breakthrough expands what feels possible for everyone.
A women-only community
When one woman finds clarity, everyone learns. When one singer reaches a summit, the whole community celebrates with her.

Who am I to tell you all this?
Opera singer, voice teacher and a passionate ambassador of the Belcanto tradition.
I was born in Genoa, Italy, and I have been singing since childhood. Music was my way of communicating with the world — a calling, not a choice.
I studied at the Conservatorio Benedetto Marcello in Venice and the Conservatorio G.B. Martini in Bologna, then continued my training with Arrigo Pola — Pavarotti's first teacher — Gabriella Tucci, Maria Luisa Cioni and Paolo Vaglieri. I was a member of the Opernstudio in Zürich and attended masterclasses with Elisabeth Schwarzkopf, Giusy Devinu, Dalton Baldwin and Leone Magiera.
Today I am an accredited Voice Professor for Classical Singing at Kalaidos University in Zürich.
Beyond the occasional masterclass
Online learning is most useful when it does not ask you to practise in isolation. It needs a clear sequence, feedback on your own sound and regular opportunities to turn information into singing.
Capucine’s digital work brings together Belcanto4u, the Belcanto4Her Practice Room and focused on-demand resources. The aim is practical: to help singers at different stages work with technique, diction, repertoire and musical intention from wherever they are.
Fundamentals for Conscious Athletes of the Voice brings more than 13 hours of anatomy and technique into focused modules you can revisit in your own practice.
Remote vocal screenings make room for recordings, written technical observations and a clear next step.
Regular live Practice Rooms connect technique, diction and repertoire with a supportive community.
Watch: air pressure and airflow in singing
Online, supported by real-world standards
Capucine’s digital teaching is shaped by her work as an accredited Professor of Classical Singing at Kalaidos University in Zürich, alongside intensive masterclasses in European opera studios. The goal is not to reproduce a conservatory through a screen, but to give singers a rigorous, flexible way to return to their own practice with greater clarity.

Your dream is my dream

Clear and powerful manoeuvres you can reproduce in your own practice.
Greater awareness of your voice and body — like a true athlete of the voice.
Support to find your true voice and move closer to the singer you want to become.
A way back to confidence and the joy of singing, even after a vocal crisis.
From inside the room
Words and voices from singers who have already experienced Capucine's way of teaching.
Everything that can be said about Маestra Capucine Chiaudani would not be enough. If only all of us had her by our side when we started our opera journey, maybe many of us woud have reached their dreams and goals. As a voice teacher and singer myself I must say that some of the techniques she teaches I had to descover by myself trusting the recordings I used to make for myself for analyzing later what works and what not. I thing that maybe everyone has been struggling with technique going from one teacher to another looking for the right answers. Look no further. Here you will find all the answers to all your questions and even more. If you join the Belcanto room you will learn not only from your own mistakes if you participate but from the others as well. I am more than glad I found you, Maestra!

If something is unclear, it is better to answer it here than let doubt sing the final note.
No. The Practice Room is for students, advanced amateurs, semi-professional and professional classical singers. What matters is your desire to work consciously and respectfully.

The room has a special focus on Italian Opera and Belcanto, while welcoming broader classical vocal repertoire and questions about technique, language, music and interpretation. You can be coached on any classical aria you love, from any repertoire. You can subscribe at any time.
